title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Navigation", said sec-
tions relating to navigation in certain rivers in Dorchester
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have probably
been superseded by somewhat similar State laws relating to
obstructing navigable streams, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 399403, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1943 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Navigation", be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 365.
(House Bill 436)

AN ACT to repeal Section 41 of Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Insurance",
sub-title "General Provisions" relating to retaliatory pro-
visions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 41 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Insurance", sub-title
"General Provisions", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.
