ing of Deeds", to follow immediately after Section 205E of
said Article and to be known as Section 205F, prohibiting
the recording of deeds transferring real estate or chattels
real located in the Second Election District of Anne Arundel
County within the area serviced by the Annapolis Water
Company until all water rent due for the property being
transferred has been paid.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Clerks", sub-heading
"Recording of Deeds", to follow immediately after Section
205E of said Article, to be known as Section 205F, and to
read as follows:
205F. No deed conveying real estate or chattels real located
in the Second Election District of Anne Arundel County
within any area serviced by the Annapolis Water Company
shall be admitted to record among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County until the Annapolis Water Company shall
have certified thereon that all water rent and charges for the
property being transferred has been paid.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
take effect June 1st, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 820
of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title "Wil-
liamsport", as said section was amended by Chapter 207 of
the Acts of 1939, changing the qualifications of persons en-
titled to vote in municipal elections in said town of Wil-
liamsport.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 820 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County",
sub-title "Williamsport", as said section was amended by
Chapter 207 of the Acts of 1939, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
