Chester County", sub-title "Livery Stables—Fraud on", said
section relating to livery stable keepers in Dorchester
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 396 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Livery Stables—Fraud on", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 363.
(House Bill 418)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 506-510, inclusive, of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Stallions", said sections
relating to liens on account of stallions.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been made
unnecessary by a State-wide law on the same subject; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 506-510, inclusive, of Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "Stallions", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 399-403, inclusive, of Article 10 of
