330 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 360

Chester County", sub-title "Ferries", said sections relating to
a ferry at Vienna.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 302-303 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
"Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Ferries", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 359.
(House Bill 414)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 344-361, inclusive, of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables", said sections relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables of the several election districts of
Dorchester County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been super-
seded by the law providing for the Trial Magistrates System;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 344-361, inclusive, of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.
