Chester County", sub-title "Roads", said section authorizing
a particular individual to open a particular road.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 471 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Roads", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 13 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 357.
(House Bill 412)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 439-448, inclusive, of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Railroads", said sec-
tions relating to the levy of taxes for the payment of interest
on certain railroad bonds.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 439-448, inclusive, of Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1940 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "Railroads", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.
