"Allegany County, " sub-title "Crier, " relating to the
Crier of Allegany County.

WHEREAS, Section 79 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), relating to the
compensation of the Crier, supersedes the provisions of
this section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 125 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Crier, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24; 1945.

CHAPTER 306.
(Senate Bill 135)

AN ACT to repeal Section 99 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
authorizing the County Commissioners to classify the
business of the Court.

WHEREAS, this section has no application at the present
time; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 99 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.
