WHEREAS, Section 94 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) specifies the times
at which the County Commissioners shall meet, thereby
superseding the provisions of Section 98; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 98 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945. -

Approved March 24; 1945.

CHAPTER 304.
(Senate Bill 133)

AN ACT to repeal Section 103 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title ''County Commissioners, "
authorizing the County Commissioners to fix the com-
pensation of their Clerk.

WHEREAS, Sections 100 and 101 of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) fix the
compensation of the Clerk, thereby rendering this section
unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 103 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.
