members shall be elected to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for Allegany County, who shall serve for the period
of four years, or until their successors are elected and
qualified.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 92 of
said Article 1 be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 302.
(Senate Bill 131)

AN ACT to repeal Section 60 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " said sec-
tion relating to the index of judgment records of Alle-
gany County from 1900 to 1915.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section have already
been complied with; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 60 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Circuit Court, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 24, 1945.

CHAPTER 303.
(Senate Bill 132)

AN ACT to repeal Section 98 of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
