WHEREAS, the provisions of the above sections relating to
the Register of Wills have been superseded by the General
Law and are obsolete and no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 241 and 242 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard
County", sub-title "Register of Wills", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 285.
(House Bill 477)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 49 and 50 of Article 14 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Howard County", sub-title "Clerk".

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 49 and 50 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard
County", sub-title "Clerk", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 286.
(House Bill 479)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 286, 287 and 288 of Article 14 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Howard County", sub-title "Bicycles on Sidewalks".

WHEREAS, the provisions of the above sections relating to
bicycles on sidewalks are obsolete and no longer applicable;
