CHAPTER 245.

(Senate Bill 408)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 387-388, inclusive, of Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title "Trespass, " said
sections relating to trespass on private property.

WHEREAS, the general law of the State would seem to
make the provisions of these sections unnecessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 387-388, inclusive, of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County, " sub-title "Trespass, " be and they are here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 246.
(Senate Bill 409)

AN ACT to repeal Section 158 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County, " sub-title "Grier, " said Section relating
to the compensation of the janitor in the Court House.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section have been super-
seded by the provisions of Section 157 of said Article;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 158 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County, "
sub-title "Crier, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
