CHAPTER 243.
(Senate Bill 405)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 181-183, inclusive, of Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title "Election Dis-
tricts, " said sections relating to the carrying of guns,
pistols, etc., on days of election.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 181-183, inclusive, of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 244.
(Senate Bill 407)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 143-146, inclusive, of Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title "County Com-
missioners, " said Sections authorizing the County Com-
missioners to make rules and regulations as to the re-
ceipt and delivery of freight at public wharves in Kent
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 143-146, inclusive, of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.
