"Prohibition, " said section prohibiting the manufacture
or sale of alcoholic beverages in the Town of Mt. Rainier.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland have superseded the provisions of this
Section; therefor

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1041 of the Prince George's County Code
(1943 Edition—being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County, "
sub-title "Mt. Rainier, " sub-heading "Prohibition, " be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 242.

(Senate Bill 398)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1043-1048, inclusive, of the
Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition—being Ar-
ticle 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws), title "Prince
George's County, " sub-title "Mt. Rainier, " sub-heading
"Sidewalks, " said section relating to the construction of
sidewalks in the Town of Mt. Rainier.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 1049-1054 of said
Article have superseded the provisions of Sections 1043-
1048; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 1043-1048, inclusive, of the Prince George's
County Code (1943 Edition—being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws), title "Prince George's County, "
sub-title "Mt. Rainier, " sub-heading "Sidewalks, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
