Supplement), title "Militia", sub-title ''Re-employment of
Persons in Military Service", further clarifying the provi-
sions of said section as to the re-employment by the several
departments and agencies of the State of persons in military
service.
This bill clarifies the provisions of Veterans' law as to re-
employment by State agencies of persons in military service.
However, similar provisions are covered by Senate Bill 226
(Chapter 800) already signed by me. Therefore, I am vetoing
House Bill 109.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section
(Anne Arundel County) of Section 100 of Article 52 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title
"Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrate System",
as enacted by Chapter 251 of the Acts of 1943, relating to
the hours when the Trial Magistrates of Anne Arundel

This bill is identical in almost all respects with Senate Bill

Inasmuch as the two enactments for all practical purposes
cover the same subject matter, I am vetoing House Bill 576,
which action is in accordance with the request of the Board
of County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County and of the
interested parties.

This bill eliminates restrictions as to the amount to be ex-

are included in Senate Bill 224 (Chapter 803) and signed by
me and, therefore, I, am vetoing Souse Bill 110.
