HOUSE BILL 628.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 44
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish",
sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", to correct an
error in said section.

House Bill 628 relates to "'Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish. " This measure conflicts with Senate Bill 595, sponsored
by the State Game Commission. The State Game Warden re-
quests disapproval of House Bill 628 and therefore I am veto-
ing it.

S. B. 486 which is the same as Chapter 594.
S. B. 489 which is the same as Chapter 596.
S. B. 490 which is the same as Chapter 593.

The following 2 bills are identical with similar bills passed
and approved by me:

H. B. 887, authorizing State bonds, is the same as Chapter
747.

H. B. 890, fixing the tax rate for 1946 and 1947, is the same
as Chapter 748.
