CHAPTER 234.
(Senate Bill 371)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 239, 242 and 244 of Article 22
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Washington County, " sub-title "Hagers-
town, " said sections relating to officers of registration,
registration books and registration in certain annexed
territories.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been
superseded by later legislation; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 239, 242 and 244 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 235.
(Senate Bill 372)

AN ACT to repeal Section 258 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " said
section relating to the compensation of officers of regis-
tration.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 258 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
