CHAPTER 232.

(Senate Bill 369)

AN ACT to repeal Section 329 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-
heading "Mayor and Council, " said section relating to
contract with water company for water.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 329 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-heading "Mayor and
Council, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 233.
(Senate Bill 370)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 363 to 375 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-
heading "Mayor and Council, " said sections relating to
contract with water company.
