CHAPTER 230.
(Senate Bill 367)

AN ACT to repeal Section 321 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-
heading "Mayor and City Council, " said section relating
to the investment of certain funds in the City Treasury
in 1892.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 321 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-heading "Mayor and
City Council, " be-, and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 16, 1945.

CHAPTER 231.

(Senate Bill 868)

AN ACT to repeal Section 334 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " sub-
heading "Mayor and Council, " said sections relating to
certain ordinances in force in 1884.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
