and Testament of John S. Kausler, deceased, taken from

office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:
(a) The Washington County Hospital Association upon the
death of Mary N. Bawlins and Mary Grant, from each the sum
of $5000. 00;
(b) The National Lutheran Home for the Aged the sum of
$5000. 00;
(c) The Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, bequest
of effects and the sum of $5000. 00;
(d) The Washington County Free Library the sum of
$5000. 00.
24. To the bequest of certain bonds, upon contingency to
St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Keedysvile and Johns Hopkins
Hospital contained in the Last Will and Testament of Samuel
Abram Hammond, deceased, taken from "Wills", Liber 19,
folio 493, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.
25. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Della I. Eavey Updegraff, deceased, taken
from "Wills", Liber 19, folio 516, one of the record books in
the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:
(a) The First Christian Church of Hagerstown, Maryland,
the sum of $6000. 00;
(b) Rev. W. D. Cunningham, Yotsuya, Tokyo, Japan, for
missionary work in Japan the sum of $500. 00.
26. To the bequest of $100. 00 to St. Michael's Cathedral
Church, Clearspring, Maryland, as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Mary S. Cushwa, deceased, taken from
"Wills", Liber 19, folio 520, one of the record books of the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.
27. To the bequest of the rest and residue to Fahrney Me-
morial Home for the Aged of Washington County, contained
in the last Will and Testament of Susan M. Rowland, de-
