recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
L. McL. M. No. 887, folio 430.

3. To the conveyance from St. John's Cemetery of Howard
County, a body corporate, to the Vestry of St. John's Church,
Queen Caroline Parish, Howard County, Maryland, a body cor-
porate, of a parcel of land containing thirty-seven thousand
nine hundred two and one-half square feet, or approximately
eighty-seven one-hundredths of an acre, of land, more or less,
situate in said Howard County, by deed dated the 30th day
of August, 1943, and recorded among the Lands Records of
said Howard County in Liber B. M., Jr., No. 179, folio 92, etc

4. To two deeds from Anthony J. Haber and Bernard F.
Haber to The Pallottine Fathers House of Studies, Inc., a body
corporate, the first thereof being dated July 24, 1944, and
recorded among the Land Records of Howard County in Liber
B. M., Jr., No. 182, folio 241, etc., conveying 2. 27 acres of land,
more or less, and the second thereof being dated November 29,
1944, and recorded among said Land Records in Liber B. M.,
Jr., No. 183, folio 578, etc., conveying 5. 48 acres of land, more
or less.

5. To the bequest of $500 to St. John's Church, Frederick,
Maryland, contained in the Will of Annie L. Beckley, deceased,
recorded in Liber E. L. L. 1, folio 439 one of the Wills Rec-

ords in the Office of the Register of Wills for Frederick County.

6. To the grant and deed executed by The Boys' School of
St. Paul's Parish to The Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Balti-
more County, dated August 30, 1937 and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
5758, folio 487, conveying the reversion and annual ground rent
of f 60. 00, issuing and payable out of property No. 2737 Har-
lem Avenue, in Baltimore City,. and more particularly described
in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by The Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore
County.

7. To the grant and deed executed by the Safe Deposit and
Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee to the Board of Mis-
sions of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, dated Decem-
ber 12, 1932 and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5338, folio 330, conveying the
reversion and annual ground rent of $423. 75, issuing and pay-
