following boundaries of, and to include, the aforesaid sub-
division: South 52° 85' West 1625. 14 feet, thence North 63°
10' West, 333. 7 feet, thence North 71° West 184. 1 feet, thence
North 88° 04' West 275. 74 feet, thence North 71° 76' West
284. 41 feet, thence North 50° 15' West 236. 14 feet, thence
North 69° 24' West 158. 39 feet, thence North 86° 21' West
485 feet more or less to the existing boundary line of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District in the Ardmore-
Brightseat Road, thence in a northerly and northeasterly
direction with the existing boundary line of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District in the Ardmore-Brightseat Road
and the George N. Palmer Highway, formerly the Washington,
Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railway, to the point of
beginning of this description.

(b) Beginning at the point where the existing boundary
line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District intersects
the west or South 27° 49' 40" 661. 74' line of Navy Day Sub-
division as recorded among the Land Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland, in Plat Book 4 as Plat 64, 302
feet, more or less, from the beginning thereof, at the north-
west corner of Lot 1 as shown on the aforesaid plat, thence
with the boundaries of the aforesaid Navy Day Subdivision, so
as to include it, the following courses and distances, South
27° 49' 40" East 359. 74 feet, thence South 27° 16' 40" East
1037. 26 feet, thence North 21° 50' East 37. 75 feet, thence
North 76° 10' East 482. 38 feet to a point at the southeast
corner of Lot 34 as shown on aforesaid plat, thence with the
prolongation of the aforementioned North 76° 10' East 482. 38
foot line until it intersects a line 150' distant from and parallel
to the east line of Randall Road as shown on the aforesaid
plat, thence in a northerly and northwesterly direction with
the line 150' feet distant from and parallel to the easterly
line of Randall Road, to the point where said line intersects
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a southwesterly direction with the existing
boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
to the beginning of this description.

(c) Beginning at a point where the South line of the
Southern Maryland Pike (Washington to Waldorf Road)
intersects the East line of St. Barnabas Church Road (Silver
Hill to Rosecroft Road) and running thence Westerly in a
straight line represented by an extension of the South line
of said Southern Maryland Pike to the present boundary of
said District established by Chapter 232 of the Acts of 1941,
and thence Northerly with said boundary to the boundary of
said District paralleling the Nay lor Road or Southern Mary-
land Pike and thence Easterly with said boundary crossing
