said Pike at Silver Hill, and thence along the East line of said
Pike to the beginning.

(d) The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
within Prince George's County and the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties, au-
thority and powers are hereby extended to include that ad-
ditional territory within the following designated and de-
scribed boundaries:

Beginning at the point where the existing boundary line of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District intersects the
west or South 27 degree 49 minute 40 second 661. 74-foot line
of Navy Day Subdivision as recorded among the Land Records
of Prince George's County, in Plat Book 4, as Plat 64, 302
feet more or less from the beginning thereof at the northwest
corner of Lot 1 as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence with
the boundaries of the aforesaid Navy Day Subdivision, so as
to include it, the following courses and distances: South 27
degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds East, 359. 74 feet; thence South
27 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East, 1037. 26 feet; thence
North 21 degrees 50 minutes East, 37. 75 feet; thence North
76 degrees 10 minutes East, 482. 38 feet, to a point at the south-
east corner of Lot 34 as shown on aforesaid plat; thence con-
tinuing on the last course to the center line of Randall Road,
thence in a straight line to a corner designated by a stone on
the plat of Suitland as recorded among the Land Records of
Prince George's, County in Plat Book B. D. S. 1, as Plat No.
97, said corner being also the corner of Lot 18 as indicated on
said plat; thence running with a line in a southeasterly direc-
tion making an angle to the right of 17 degrees 14 minutes 28
seconds with the South 71 1/4 degree East bounding line of
said plat of Suitland aforesaid 1450 feet; thence in a straight
line to the south corner of Lot 23 in the aforesaid subdivision
of Suitland, said corner being also the south corner of Lot 24
in said subdivision; thence running in a northerly and north-
westwardly direction along the rear lines of Lots 23, 22, 19,
16, 13 and 10 in said subdivision, which rear lines are the
corresponding respective rear lines of Lots 24, 21, 20, 15, 14
and 9 also in said subdivision to the north corner of Lot 10,
said corner being also the west corner of Lot 9; thence in a
Southwestwardly direction along the line dividing Lots 5 and
10 in said subdivision to the east corner of Lot 4; thence in a
northwesterly direction with the line dividing Lots 4 and
5 to the existing Washington Suburban Sanitary District
boundary; thence in a southwesterly direction along the exist-
ing Washington Suburban Sanitary District boundary to the
point of beginning of this description.
