all buildings owned or operated by the State and make rec-
ommendations concerning needed repairs, improvements
and operational and maintenance costs.
(c. ) The Budget Analysists shall be graduates of a
recognized School of Business Administration with at least
three years experience in personnel and other subjects
related to the operation of business organizations. He shall
continuously study and analyze all budget expenditures
and make such recommendations to provide a greater de-
gree of efficiency and economy in any State Department
or Institution.
The Director may prescribe experience equivalents in
lieu of the educational requirements listed above. He may
prescribe such additional qualifications and duties as he
may deem necessary for the above named employees.
Section 20. The Director and his assistants shall be
subject to call by either House of the General Assembly
or any committee thereof in order to supply any data or
information in his possession.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
43, 44, 47, and 49 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and
Inland Water Fish, " sub-title "Water Fowl and Migra-
tory Birds, " relating to Duck Blinds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 43, 44, 47 and 49 of Article 99 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish, " sub-title "Water Fowl and
Migratory Birds, " be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
