tion of the said northeast line of Kenneth Street crossing Newell
Street and St. Louis Avenue (formerly Blair Mill Road)-. to
a point 200 feet north of the northwest side of St. Louis Ave-
nue (formerly Blair Mill Road); thence northeasterly at a
right angle to the East-West Highway (formerly Terminal
Highway) to a point on the northeast side of said East-West
Highway; thence northwesterly along the said northeast side
of East-West Highway crossing Colesville Road to a point
approximately 500 feet north of Colesville Road; thence in a
northeasterly direction crossing the B. & O. Railroad to a point
where the southeast side of Apple Avenue intersects the north-
east boundary of the B. & O. Railroad; thence along the south-
east side of Apple Avenue crossing Second Avenue to a point
approximately 150 feet northeasterly from the east line of
Second Avenue; thence in a straight line and crossing Georgia
Avenue to a point where the northeast line of Georgia Avenue
intersects with the southeast line of Cameron Street (for-
merly High Street); thence along the said southeast line of

said east line of Fenton Street, crossing Wayne Avenue (for-
merly Montgomery Avenue) Bonifant and Easley Streets,
to the South side of Easley Street; thence Easterly 200 feet
along the south side of Easley Street; thence Southerly 200
feet east and parallel to Fenton Street, crossing Thayer and
Silver Spring Avenues to an alley running 218 feet South and
parallel to Silver Spring Avenue; thence Westerly with said
alley to a point 500 feet East and parallel to Georgia Avenue,
thence Southerly 500 feet East and parallel to Georgia Avenue,
crossing Sligo and Gist Avenues to a point approximately 100
feet south of Gist Avenue; thence Southwesterly and at a right
angle to Philadelphia Avenue and crossing the same to a point
to the rear line of lots 26 to 31, inclusive, Block H, Blair
Subdivision, Section 1; thence Southeasterly along the rear
line of. said lots to a line 100 feet Northwest and parallel to
