(1) After three years from June 1, 1945, if the sale was
ratified before that date, except as provided in (3);
(2) After three years from the date of the" order of ratifi-
cation, if passed on or after June 1, 1945, except as provided
in (3);
(3) In the case of a person who was below the age of twenty-
one years or non compos mentis at the time of the ratification
of the sale, after the periods specified above or after one year
from the date of the removal of such disability, whichever is
later.,
After the expiration of such periods the order of court
ratifying the sale shall be conclusive as to the legality of all
proceedings in connection with the sale of the property.
This sub-section is in addition to all other statutes of limi-
tation and does not revive, or extend the time for bringing
any suit or action otherwise barred.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 238
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans'
Courts", increasing the compensation of the judges of the
Orphans' Court for Caroline and Frederick Counties and to
repeal Chapter 534 of the Acts of 1922.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 238 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-
title "Orphans' Courts", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
238. The judges of the Orphans' Court of the several coun-
ties shall receive the sum of Four Dollars for every day's at-
tendance upon the session of said court, to be paid at least
as often as at the end of each and every quarter after the
