qualification of said judges by the counties, provided that St.
Mary's and Montgomery Counties be exempt from the pro-
visions of this section. Each of the Judges of the Orphans'
Court for Wicomico County shall receive the sum of Six Dol-
lars ($6. 00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Court. Each of the judges of the Orphans' Court shall
receive Fifteen Dollars for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of said Orphans' Court for Montgomery County, not
to exceed Eighteen Hundred Dollars in any twelve-month
period, to be paid by the County at the end of each and every
month after the qualification of said judges. Each of the
judges of the Orphans' Court for Caroline County shall receive
the sum of Eight Dollars, ($8. 00) for every day's attendance
upon the session of said Court. Each of the judges of the
Orphans' Court for Frederick County shall receive the sum of
Five Dollars (45. 00) for every day's attendance of said
Court. The judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City
shall be paid by the City of Baltimore at the end of each
and every month and the sessions of said Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City shall continue from 11 A. M. to 3 P. M.,
if necessary, for the transaction of business of the court, and
provided that all provisions of any Public General Law incon-
sistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, but the
increased compensation of Judges of the Orphans' Court of
Wicomico County shall not apply to the present Judges.
SEC. 2. And be. it further enacted, That Chapter 534 of
the Acts of 1922 be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
205 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Frostburg", sub-heading "Taxes", as enacted by Chapter
435 of the Acts of 1933, relating to the power of the Mayor
and Councilmen of Frostburg to levy taxes and to borrow
money.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 205 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
