(B) That the members of said Board shall receive no sal-
ary or compensation.
(C) That, before entering upon duties of his office, each
member of said Board shall take oath before the Secretary
Commissioner, or before a Justice of the Peace or other officer
or person (including a Notary Public), authorized by law to
administer paths in Prince George's County, that he will dili-
gently, faithfully and impartially discharge his duties as a
member of said Board.
(D) That said Board shall select one of its members as
Clerk. And each member of said Board shall have power to
administer oaths in connection with the registration of voters
in said town.
(E) That said Board shall, on the first Monday in April if
not a legal holiday and if a legal holiday then on the day fol-
lowing, and also on the second Monday in April, if not a legal
holiday and if a legal holiday then on the day following, con-
duct a registration of the qualified voters of said town.
(F) That said registration shall be conducted on the two
days named, between the hours of 7 o'clock P. M. and 9 o'clock
P. M. at the regular meeting place of the Morningside Com-
mission, unless said Commission shall, by resolution entered
in the minute book of said Commission, appoint a different,
place.
(G) That said Board of Election Supervisors shall, at least
one week before the first registration day, post in a public
place in said town, and also at the regular meeting place of
the Morningside Commission, a notice of such registration,
which said notice shall state the place where such registration
shall be conducted.
(H) That all citizens of the United States who have at-
tained the age of twenty-one (21) years, and who are bona
fide residents of said town for at least six (6) months prior
to their registration shall be eligible to register and after reg-
istration shall be eligible to vote at all town elections so long
as they remain bona fide residents of said town. Provided,
however, that nothing contained in this paragraph shall apply
to the election provided for in Section 11 of this Act to deter-
mine whether or not this Charter shall be adopted.
(I) That said Board of Election Supervisors shall deter-
mine the qualifications and rights of each applicant to register
by asking such applicant the following questions, which shall
be answered under oath by such applicant: (1) Are you a citi-
zen of the United States? (2) Have you attained the age of
