1360 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 916

Beginning where the south side of the right of way of the
Camp Springs Air Port road intersects the Mayhew Road until
it comes to the northerly corner of lot numbered twenty-three
of the subdivision of Morningside, then running with the fol-
lowing courses and distances and with the outlines of Morning-
side, S. 60° 20' E. 1208. 45 feet, thence S. 49° 21' E. 316. 28 feet,
thence S. 27° 29' W. 101. 94 feet to a concrete monument, thence
S. 65° 29' E. 412. 5 feet, thence S. 23° 39' E. 363 feet, thence S.
18° 01' W. 841. 6 feet, thence S. 21° 16' W. 976. 81 feet, thence
S. 27° 07' W. 536. 41 feet, thence N. 68° 36' W. 434. 39 feet,
thence S. 14° 11' W. 477. 15 feet, thence to the center line of
the Mayhew Road, and along the said center line N. 29° 50' W.
387. 19 feet, thence N; 24° 46' W. 229. 15 feet, thence N. 24° 46'
W. 605. 85 feet, thence N. 26° 06' W. 292. 77 feet, thence leaving
the Mayhew Road, N. 21° 37' 30" E. 730. 21 feet, thence N.
2° 14' E. 1104. 9 feet N. 87° 22' W. 1434. 32 feet, back to the
said Mayhew Road, and along the center line of the same N.
33° 01' W. 595. 6 feet more or less to the place of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted:

(A) That the corporate powers of said town shall be vested
in and shall be exercised by, and that the said town shall be
governed by, a commission to be known as the Morningside
Commission. Said Commission shall be composed of three
members, elected at large, to be known as Commissioners. Said
Commissioners shall be selected and shall qualify as such Com-
missioners in the manner provided for in this Act.

(B) That all acts and things done on behalf of said town
shall be in the name of the Town of Morningside, and that all
property purchased or otherwise acquired by said town shall
be purchased, acquired and held in the name of the Town of
Morningside.

(C) That the Morningside Commission shall by resolution
choose one of its members as Chairman, to be known as the
Chairman Commissioner, and another of its members to be
known as the Vice-Chairman Commissioner, and its third mem-
ber as Secretary, to be known as the Secretary Commissioner.
Such Commission may, however, choose the same member as
both Vice-Chairman Commissioner and Secretary Commis-
sioner.

(D) That, subject to the provisions of this Act, such Com-
mission may regulate the conduct of its business and meetings
and the government of said town; and a majority of said Com-
missioners shall constitute a quorum.

(E) That the Secretary Commissioner shall have charge of
the town seal and all property, records, books, papers and
