ing the county printing and be embraced in the annual con-
tract for such printing. The said Transfer Clerk shall also
perform such other and further duties as the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County may impose upon him.
Before entering upon the duties of his office said Transfer
Clerk shall take oath before any of said County Commissioners
that he will diligently, without partiality or prejudice, dis-
charge the duties of his office, and he shall be entitled to a
salary of Two Thousand ($2, 000. 00) Dollars a year which
salary shall be in full for any and all services rendered by said
Transfer Clerk.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of July, 1945.

(House Bill 524)

AN ACT to repeal Section 2 and to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 45, 89A and 90 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Sup-
plement), title, "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Prohibi-
tion Without License and License Exceptions", "Regula-
tions and Restrictions", and "Miscellaneous", and to add
two new sections to said Article, said new sections to be
known as Sections 2 and 2A and to follow immediately
after Section 1 of said Article, relating to the storage,
transportation, regulation, control, issuance of permits,
penalties and disposition of evidence pertaining to alco-
holic beverages.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Prohibition Without License and License Excep-
tions", be and it is hereby repealed and that Sections 45, 89A
and 90 of said Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-title "Regulations and Restrictions", and
"Miscellaneous", be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, and that Sections 2 and 2A be and
they are hereby added to said Article 2B, and all to read as
follows:
