SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 175 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 158.

(Senate Bill 284)

AN ACT to repeal Section 117 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-
heading "Crier and Doorkeeper, " said section relating to
the crier of the Circuit Court of Washington County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 117 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-heading "Crier and
Doorkeeper, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted) That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 159.
(Senate Bill 285)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 809-816 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Water Company
of Washington County, " said sections relating to ob-
structing the natural flow of water supply of the Wash-
ington County Water Company, etc.
