WHEREAS, Section 122 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland has somewhat similar provisions, thereby
making these sections unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 809-816 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title " Water Company of Washington
County, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 160.
(Senate Bill 286)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 777-779 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Smithsburg, " said
sections relating to turnpikes in the town of Smithsburg.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 777-779 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Smithsburg, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 739-741 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
