SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 172 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 156.
(Senate Bill 282)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 207 and 208 of Article 22 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Washington County, " sub-title "Funkstown, "
said sections relating to turnpikes in Funkstown.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 207 and 208 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland. (1930 Edition), title "Wash-
ington County, " sub-title "Funkstown, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 157.
(Senate Bill 283)

AN ACT to repeal Section 175 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " said
section relating to polling places in a certain election
district of Washington County.
