sub-title "Auditor, " relating to the report and compen-
sation of the Auditor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 33 and 35 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Auditor, " be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

33. The Auditor shall annually on or before the first
day of April make such examination and report and file
the same with the said County Commissioners for the period
of one year immediately following the period covered by
the previous report.

35. The said County Commissioners are hereby directed
and authorized in their levy for taxes made each year to
include such amount as they may deem reasonable to pay
for the examinations, audits, accounts and reports herein
provided for.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, Thai this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 151.
(Senate Bill 261)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 167-169 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Court House, " said

sections prohibiting the transaction of a profession or
business in the Court House.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 167-169 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Court House, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
