title "Roads, " and to repeal Chapter 617 of the Acts of
1912, all relating to roads in Washington County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of said sections and said chap-
ter are no longer applicable or necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 700, 701, 702, 704, 710 and 719 of Article 22
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Washington County, " sub-title "Roads, " and
Chapter 617 of the Acts of 1912, be and they are all hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 185 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Foxes, " relating to
shooting foxes.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o j Maryland,
That Section 185 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Foxes, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
