and geese running at large in certain villages in Freder-
ick County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 738 and Sections 741-747, inclusive, of
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Swine
and Geese, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 147.
(Senate Bill 236)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 609 to 612 of Article 11 of The
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Mt. Pleasant, " said
sections relating to livestock running at large on the
turnpike in the village of Mt. Pleasant.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 609 to 612 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Mt. Pleasant, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.
