WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 30 and 31 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Bridges, " be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 145.
(Senate Bill 234)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 308 - 311 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Livery Stable Keep-
ers, " relating to the rights of Livery Stable Keepers un-
der certain conditions.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 308 - 311 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Livery Stable Keepers, " be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
