WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 194 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick County, "
sub-title "Fraud on Livery Stable Keepers, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 143.
(Senate Bill 217)

AN ACT to repeal Section 148 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " said
section authorizing the County Commissioners to create
new Election Districts.

WHEREAS, Under the general law the Supervisors of
Elections have the power to create Election Districts there-
by rendering this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 148 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 144.

(Senate Bill 218)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 30 and 31 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Bridges, " relating to
Flood-gates at Bridges.
