HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 109

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are no longer
necessary since the creation of the County Police System;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 258-260 inclusive of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County, " sub-title "Eastport, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 141.
(Senate Bill 215)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 278 and 279 of Article 11 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Railroads, "
relating to certain railroad tracks in Frederick City.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 278 and 279 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Railroads, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 194 of Article 11 of the Code of
