SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 481 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Taxes, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 139.
(Senate Bill 203)

AN ACT to repeal Section 154 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Bicycles, " relating
to the use of bicycles in the First and Third Precincts of
the Fifth Election Districts of Anne Arundel County.

WHEREAS, The Motor Vehicle laws of Maryland cover
some of the provisions of this Section; and

WHEREAS, the other provisions would seem to be un-
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 154 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Bicycles, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

(Senate Bill 204)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 258-260 inclusive of Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition) title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "East-
port, " relating to the appointment of policeman for
