Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, compiled and edited

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County,
being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
compiled and edited by Michael Paul Smith, be and the same
is hereby legalized, and shall be deemed and taken in all the
courts of the State, and by all Justices of the Peace of the
State, and by all public officials of the State, to be evidence
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, in existence at
the time of compilation; provided, that before the said 1945
Edition is published, all Public Local Laws enacted by the
General Assembly of Maryland at its session in 1945, relating
to Baltimore County shall be incorporated therein.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 841.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 703 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1943 and to enact in lieu thereof a
new sub-section to Section 9 of Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "State Roads",
said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section (i) and to
follow immediately after Sub-section (h) of said section of
said Article, relating to the application and use of the "One
and One-Half Cent Lateral Road Gasoline Tax Fund" be-
tween July 1, 1945 and June 30, 1947.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 703 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1943 be and it is hereby repealed and that a new
sub-section be and it is hereby added to Section 9 of Article
89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement),
title "State Roads", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (i), to follow immediately after Sub-section (h) of said
section of said Article, and to read as follows:

(i) During the period from July 1, 1945, to June 30, 1947,
the respective Boards of County Commissioners in each County,
