SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Fish and Fisheries", sub-title "Further Restrictions in Coun-
ty Waters", said new section to be known as Section 42, to
follow immediately after Section 41 of said Article and to
read as follows:
42. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a resi-
dent of Queen Anne's or Talbot Counties, to fish with haul
seines in the waters within the following boundaries: Begin-
ning at Bloody Point, in Queen Anne's County, and running
thence to the north end of Poplar Island, and thence to Ward's
Point, in Talbot County, and thence to Long Point, in Queen
Anne's County. The residents of Queen Anne's and Talbot
Counties shall use the waters in said area in common as to
fishing with haul seines.
It shall be lawful for any residents of the State to fish in
the waters within said boundaries with stake gill nets, anchor
gill nets and drift gill nets during the season when fishing
with such nets is permitted by law.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
127 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Practitioners of Medi-
cine", increasing the registration fee of physicians and elimi-
nating unnecessary provisions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 127 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Practition-
ers of Medicine", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
127. Any person receiving a license from either of said
boards shall file the same at once with the clerk of the circuit
court of the county in which he or she may reside, or with the
