WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are unnecessary
at the present time; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 242 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Railroads, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 128.
(Senate Bill 165)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 211-213 of Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "County Commission-
ers, " relating to the payment of Out-Pensions.

WHEREAS, The State law provides for Old Age Assist-
ance thus making these sections unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 211-213 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

(Senate Bill 166)

AN ACT to Repeal Section 155 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title
