WHEREAS, the State law relating to schools has super-
ceded the provisions of this Section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 217 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

CHAPTER 126.
(Senate Bill 163)

AN ACT to repeal Section 238 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "County Commission-
ers, " relating to Ferry at Taylorsville on South River.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 238 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 28, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 242 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Railroads, " relating
