SEC. 2A. And be it further enacted, That Section 239
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Orphans'
Court, " be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws, or
parts of laws, whether Public General or Public Local Laws,
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 802.
(Senate Bill 137)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
said new section to be known as Section 94A, and to
follow immediately after Section 94 of said Article, pro-
viding payments to the County Commissioners for
services rendered as Road Commissioners of said County,
to the Clerk of the County Commissioners for services
rendered to said Commissioners as Road Commissioners,
and to the Attorney to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for legal services rendered to said Commissioners
as Road Commissioners.
SECTION J. -. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
said new section to be known as Section 94A, to follow
immediately after Section 94 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
94A. The County Commissioners of Allegany County
shall each be paid Six Hundred Dollars ($600. 00) per an-
num, payable monthly, for services rendered as Road Com-
missioners of said County in addition to the compensation
provided by Section 94. The Clerk to the Board of County
Commissioners shall be paid Six Hundred Dollars ($600. 00)
