AN ACT authorising the Treasurer of the State of
Maryland, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
to pay to Captain John T. Sinn, a sum of money
therein mentioned, for services rendered by the
United Guards, by order of the Governor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State pay
on the warrant of the Comptroller, to Captain Jno.
T. Sinn or order, the sum of two hundred dollars
for six days services rendered from October twen-
ty-sixth, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, to No-
vember second, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, by
the United Guards under his command, at Harper's
Ferry Bridge by order of the Governor, to be by
him distributed among the members of the afore-
said company according to the time they served.
