enty-five dollars and twenty-two cents, to Thomas
Gody ninety-six dollars and fifty cents, to Collins,
Heath and Hutchingson sixty-four dollars and sev-
enty-four cents, to Henry P. Horton forty-eight
dollars and seventy-five cents, to John H. Watson
twelve dollars and fifty cents, and to James S. Wa-
ters ten dollars.

AN ACT, to appropriate a sum of money to J.
Hopkins Tarr, late State's Attorney for Caroline
county, for certain fees due him by the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, be and he is hereby authorised
and directed to pay to the order of J. Hopkins
Tarr, the sum of one hundred dollars and fifty-
eight cents, being the amount of certain fees due
him by the State.
