son at all times hereafter to be called, and known
by, hold, and use the name of Lucretia Bosley, and
by that name to hold, receive, purchase, sell, con-
vey or devise property, sue or be sued, in any court
of law or equity, and to do and perform all acts
and things, just as fully as if her name was not
changed by the provisions of this act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of Otta Glenn Get-
zendanner, infant son of Doct. Jos. T. Getzendan-
ner, of Allegany county in the State of Maryland,
be and the same is hereby changed to Oscar Glenn
Getzendanner.

legal services rendered the State by authority of

rant to the Treasurer for the payment of the sum of
