his office by the person or persons entitled to the
custody of the same; Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Register of Wills of Balti-
more county be and he is hereby authorised and di-
rected to return the original will of James D. Wolf
to the person or persons entitled to the custody of
the same, or to the agent or attorney of such per-
son or persons authorised to receive said will;

Provisos.

Provided, that this act shall not be construed to ef-
fect in any manner the form of probate of said will,
so as to authorise any other or different probate
thereof than the Orphans' court of Baltimore coun-
ty is required to take of wills, by the laws of this
State; and provided also, that said will shall not
be so returned by said Register, until he shall have
made a proper record thereof and of the probate
thereof as required by law; and provided, that this
act shall not affect the rights of any person or per-
sons interested in said will or the property therein
mentioned which shall remain in all respects the
same as if said original will had remained in the
custody of said Register, who shall retain in his
office a copy of this act, with an acknowledgment
in writing of the receipt of said will, signed by the
person to whom said original will shall be deliver-
ed by him in pursuance hereof.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to change the name of Lucretia Smith-
son, of Baltimore county, to Lucretia Bosley.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of Lucretia Smithson
of Baltimore county in the State of Maryland, be
and the same is hereby changed to Lucretia Bosley,
and it shall be lawful for the said Lucretia Smith-
