42. An act to authorize the commissioners appointed by
the act of 1858, chapter 107, to sell a part of the alms house
farm in Somerset county.

43. An act supplementary to the act of Assembly passed
at December session, 1834, chapter 243, entitled, an act to
incorporate the Thistle Manufacturing Company, and amend-
ing and extending the same.

44. An act entitled, an act to make valid the qualification
of James Anderson, surveyor, elected at the late election in
Montgomery county.

45. An act entitled, an act to amend the 85th section of ar-
ticle 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, by raising the
salary of the clerk of the commissioners of Washington coun-
ty, and substituting the following.

46. An act to refund to Mrs. Susan Boyle, of the city of
Annapolis, certain taxes erroneously paid by her.

47. An act entitled, an act to authorize Edward Long to
settle his accounts as guardian to John C. Barkley, and to
deliver over the estate to his said ward.

48. An act appropriating a sum of money for the payment
of the claims of William L. W. Seabrook, Thomas J. Wil-
son, John Cox, J. Wesley White, Thomas Godey, Collins,
Heath & Hutchinson, Henry P. Horton, John B. Watson

and James S. Waters.

49. An act to appropriate a sum of money to J. Hopkins
Tarr, late State's Attorney for Caroline county, for fees due
him by the State.

50. An act appropriating a sum of money for the payment
of the claims of Magruder & Brother, Joseph H. Skinner and
George E. Franklin.

51. An act entitled, a supplement to an act to incorporate
the Hillen Road Company, of Baltimore county, passed at
January session, 1854, chapter 99.

52. An act entitled, an act to change the name of Daniel
Orrick Bosley, to Daniel Orrick, junior.

53. An act to incorporate the City Block Ferry and Tow-
ing Company.

54. An act to grant the Frostburg Bank, in Allegany
county, certain privileges.

55. An act to incorporate the town of Union town, in Car-
