56. An act to refund to Thomas Russell and Thomas Y.
Canby, an overpayment of tax on executors commissions.

57. An act authorizing the Treasurer of the State of Mary-
land, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, to pay to Captain
John T. Sinn a sum of money therein mentioned, for services
rendered by the United Guards, by order of the Governor.

58. An act to compensate Otho Scott and Hiram McCul-
lough, for services rendered as Codifiers under the acts of
January sessions, 1852 and 1853.

59. A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to incorporate
the Eastern Shore Kail Road Company.

60. An act to compensate I. Nevitt Steele, for legal servi-
ces rendered the State in the case of the State vs. the Balti-
more and Susquehanna Steam Company in the Court of Ap-
peals, by appointment of the Governor.

61. An act authorizing William H. Ross, of Talbot coun-
ty, to construct a wharf on the navigable waters of Choptank
river.

62. An act to refund to the Society of the Redemptorists,
certain sums of money, for State taxes erroneously paid by
them.

63. An act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Kent county to procure a suitable book, and transcribe there-
in the indexes in Liber J. N. G., No. 1, one of the chattel
record books for Kent county.

64. An act to add the following section to Article second of
the Code of Public Local Laws, fixing the compensation of the
jurors of Anne Arundel county.

65. An act to incorporate the Lloyd's Landing Wharf
Company, at Lloyd's Landing, in Talbot county.
