29. An act entitled, an act to amend the 83d section of the
74th article of the Code of General Laws, so as to extend the
right to sue captains and owners of vessels and steam boats
in the county where they take in freight.

30. An act entitled, an act to make valid and effectual the
official acts and proceedings of Robert S. D. Jones, a justice
of the peace of the eighth election district of Anne Arundel
county.

31. An act entitled, an act to amend article 15, sections
